This special Capoeira class was taught by one of the moms in our community who is also Capoeira instructor, Joanna Naschold! Unfortunately, we were so much in the class that we didn’t get many photos of the process but it was truly such a blast! For an hour we got to immerse ourselves in Afro-Brazilian tradition, music, and movement. Afterwards, we enjoyed ice cream treats from a woman-owned local business, Little Fox Ice Cream.
