What is Capoeira?
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends movement, music, rhythm, play, and self-expression. It includes elements of both attack and defense, while offering a fun, respectful, and engaging experience for all ages. It strengthens the body, sharpens reflexes, improves balance and body awareness, and invites kids and adults alike to grow in confidence, coordination, and creativity.
Beyond the physical benefits, Capoeira also helps nurture important values like cooperation, discipline, respect, responsibility, and self-expression. It offers a joyful and safe space to grow physically, emotionally, and socially.
